HEXAGON METROLOGY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Service Order Coordinator to manage the processing of service orders, support delivery, repair, replacement, and shipment of parts and equipment, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will handle customer inquiries, portal activities, forecasting, billing, and collections, acting as the main contact for issue resolution while ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication within contractual frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant Services experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in order management and business systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and enter information into internal systems.
• Support customer portal activities, forecasting, billing, and collections.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with operations teams to communicate order status and delivery commitments.
• Support sales activities for assigned customers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to exchange technical and operational information.
• Handle routine projects and processes following established procedures.
• Manage assigned customer accounts within predefined contractual frameworks.
