RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a coordinated Operations Support individual in Singapore. You will handle customer enquiries, review orders, and coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include monitoring delivery progress, following up on urgent orders, planning production schedules, and providing regular management updates to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong ERP experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning or ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Review purchase orders and ensure order details are accurate.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress and delivery schedules, providing timely updates to customers.
• Follow up on urgent orders and coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Work with the production team to plan schedules based on production capacity and customer demand.
• Prepare order reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
