Customer Service Operations
  • Lead and supervise customer service officers, ensuring timely order processing, accuracy, and adherence to company workflows and policies.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, resolve complaints effectively, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer feedback, identify service gaps, and implement improvements to enhance overall service quality.
Manpower Planning & Team Development
  • Provide on-the-job training for new staff and support ongoing skill development for the team.
  • Manage workforce planning, including duty rosters, coverage during absences, and manpower allocation during peak periods.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support staff growth.
Reporting
  • Prepare and review manpower, attendance, and performance reports to support operational planning and management decisions.
