Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented customer service/order entry specialist to input sales orders, amendments, and engineering changes into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will communicate with customers through reports and portals, monitor orders through to completion, collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, and support pricing updates, catalogue preparation, and PO reconciliation, contributing to overall customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into ERP system.
• Responsible for customer repair quotations and the approval policy/guidelines and obtaining Customer approval to meet sales target.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customized reports and customer website reports.
• Close monitoring of business-related activities till complete closure.
• Coordinate with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries including customer relationship; know when to esc… etc
• Update customers' profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the ERP system.
• Timely prepare Repair Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into web page.
• Review POs, Contracts, and correspond with customers to address PO discrepancies and ensure compliance to PO requirements.
• Support generating department reports for management review and discussion.
• Support periodic input on Centre/ERP process using Financial models.
• Provide backup duties within the Customer Service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
