Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our operations team. You will enter and process customer orders, liaise with customers for updates, and coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, resolving order discrepancies, handling purchasing and sales activities, and updating orders in Sage/ERP systems, with general administrative support as needed.

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system
• Liaise with customers to clarify orders and provide updates
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate records and monitor order status
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues
• Handle purchase and sales activities
• Perform general administrative support as required
• Update and manage orders using Sage / ERP system
