You will also coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing. The role involves maintaining knowledge of the product portfolio, managing customer relationships, ensuring correct pricing, and supporting other

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, telephone and other channels.
Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements.
Provide accurate information on product availability and delivery lead times.
Maintain good knowledge of the company’s product portfolio to support customer enquiries.
Coordinate order confirmations, delivery schedules and logistics arrangements with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers and support new customer enquiries.
Ensure pricing and applicable mark‑ups are applied according to established customer categories.
Follow up on customer requirements and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with the Order Processing team to ensure smooth order handover.
Check customer purchase orders against quotations before submitting orders for processing.
Provide support to other divisions when required.
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
