Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable orders administrator to take down sales orders, process purchase orders and delivery orders, and issue invoices for a variety of clients.

You will liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery, receive feedback and complaints, and manage multiple accounts while maintaining a polite, professional rapport with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years experience in order processing.
• Experience in MNC environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Taking down sales orders from customers.
• Order processing - PO, DO, issuing of invoices.
• Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Receive feedbacks/complaints and provide timely customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.
