Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, operations administration or logistics preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/WMS familiarity.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter customer orders into the system with product and order specs.
• Verify order information against documents and clarify missing or inconsistent details.
• Support daily order fulfilment and prioritise urgent orders.
• Identify and rectify order entry errors promptly.
• Maintain accurate order records and trackers.
• Receive incoming parcels and verify contents against records.
• Sort, label and organise incoming stock and items.
• Prepare completed orders and outgoing parcels for delivery.
• Check completed jobs for accuracy before packing.
• Support stock movements, shelving and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe receiving and packing area.
• Ensure SOPs, quality and safety requirements are followed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Operations team.
