Job summary

Adidas Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a capable Customer Service / Sales Operations professional to manage injection orders, major accounts deliveries, and intercompany transactions. You will also handle B2B deliveries, returns, and order confirmations while ensuring alignment with Adidas group standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in consumer goods or related fields, strong Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to maintain

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; advanced Excel (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Excel Macros.
• Experience with ERP systems including adiRaceERP, adiPortal and SAP for order management, billing and customer data.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consumer goods, retail, wholesale or supply-chain related business.

• Injection order management
• Biggest account delivery management
• Interco management
• Ad-hoc B2B deliveries management
• Execute Customer Service strategy
• Deliver performance levels per adidas group standards
• Reliability and responsiveness to customer requests and complaints
• Create accurate customer Re & Pre-orders in the system
• Create accurate clearance orders in the system
• Call-off existing contract orders
• Liaise with customers on delivery intake and plan deliveries
• Cancel existing SO and repurpose stocks to other customers
• Process and send out order confirmations
• Adjust order book with delivery information and inform delays
• Generate inventory data to maintain healthy stock levels; monitor article drops and shipment tracking; ensure preorder pickups
• Communicate cross-functionally between internal interfaces
• Create Credit notes for pricing/discounts
• Create and process Returns and Claims
• Issue reports to follow up CS activities
• Establish adequate interface with Finance, Operations and Omni
• Maintain the order book with delivery dates and quantities
• Support In-season / Injection buy consolidation and order creation
• Work closely with Sales to achieve monthly Sales targets
• Any other sales operations duties as requested
