Job summary

You will implement customer service strategies, uphold adidas group performance standards, and ensure reliable, responsive handling of customer requests and complaints.

The role includes creating accurate Re & Pre-orders and clearance orders, and calling off contract orders to support smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or related discipline.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with advanced Excel features.
• Experience with SAP for order management, customer master data and billing.
