adidas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Sales Operations professional in Singapore to manage injection orders, major account deliveries, and intercompany processes. You will handle ad-hoc B2B deliveries and support the Customer Service strategy while ensuring accuracy in Re & Pre-orders and clearance orders.

You will liaise with customers on deliveries, maintain the order book, and generate inventory data to keep stock at healthy levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consumer goods, retail, wholesale, or supply-chain.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Excel advanced features.
• Experience with ERP systems (adiRace, adiPortal, SAP) for order management and billing.

• Create credit notes for pricing/discount issues
• Process Returns and Claims and issue reports for CS activities
• Interface with Finance, Operations and Omni teams
• Maintain delivery dates and quantities in the order book
• Support in-season buy consolidation and order creation
• Collaborate with Sales to meet monthly targets
• Other sales operations duties as requested by Sales

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Key responsibilities:

1. Injection order management
2. Biggest account delivery management
3. Interco management
4. Ad-hoc b2b deliveries management

Other duties:

• To execute Customer Service strategy.
• To deliver performance levels as outlined in the adidas group standards.
• To deliver reliability and responsiveness to customer requests and complaints.
• To create accurate customer Re & Pre-orders in the system.
• To create accurate clearance orders in the system.
• To Call-off existing contract orders.
• To liaise with customers on delivery intake and plan deliveries when required
• To cancel existing SO and repurpose stocks to other customers
• To process and send out the order confirmations.
• To adjust order book according to delivery information and inform customers and sales team on delays.
• To generate & compile inventory data to always ensure healthy stocks level; Monitor article drops, shipment tracking and ensure all Preorder have been picked up.
• To communicate cross-functional between internal interfaces.
• To create Credit notes e.g., wrong pricing, wrong discounts, off-invoice discounts payment
• To create and process Returns and Claims
• To issue reports to follow up the different CS activities upon request
• To establish adequate interface with Finance, Operations and Omni.
• To maintain the order book accordingly (e.g., delivery date adjustments, cancellations, cleansing, ensuring accuracy on delivery dates and quantities
• To support In-season / Injection buy consolidation and order creation
• To work closely with Sales to achieve monthly Sales target
• Any other sales operations duties as requested by Sales

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
