Job summary

Vale Esthetics Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive outbound sales assistant to engage prospects and schedule appointments. You will maintain professionalism, manage cancellations and reschedules, and perform regular follow-ups to book appointments, with Mandarin-English communication as needed.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and the ability to handle ad hoc duties as directed by management. This position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
• Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
