Job summary

8 MEDI-AESTHETICS (DHOBY GHAUT) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to manage outbound calls, book appointments and maintain client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include engaging English and Mandarin-speaking clients, handling cancellations and reschedules, and ensuring professional service. A minimum of 1 year in outbound call center roles is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum outbound call center experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for booking appointments.

• Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects from an assigned pool of leads.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
• Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
