Job summary

8 MEDI-AESTHETICS (SOMERSET) PTE. LTD. is seeking an appointment setting professional to engage prospects, maintain professionalism, and schedule or remind about appointments. The role involves outbound calls, handling reschedules, and performing ad hoc duties as needed.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of outbound call center experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to book appointments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
• Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
