Job summary

Ezyhealth Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a target-driven appointment setter to join our team in Singapore. You will engage prospects from an assigned pool, maintain professionalism, and schedule or reschedule appointments with clients.

The role requires at least 1 year of outbound call center experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to book appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
• Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
