Job summary

Ezyhealth Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an appointment bookings specialist to engage a pool of prospects through outbound calls. You will build relationships, maintain professionalism, manage appointment scheduling, cancellations and reminders, and ensure prompt follow-ups to keep calendars accurate.

The role requires at least 1 year in outbound call center work, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to converse with English and Mandarin-speaking clients

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
• Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.
