Job summary

DIRECT FUNERAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a compassionate front desk professional in Singapore to greet families, manage calls and emails, and coordinate with funeral directors for smooth service delivery.

You will support clients across touchpoints, handle basic admin duties, and contribute to a respectful, empathetic experience during difficult times.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel required.
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries as the first contact for families.

Roles & Responsibilities
