• Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Scope

• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy

• Manage customer account details, including updates and amendments
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle customer requests efficiently
• Support general administrative and operational tasks related to customer service
