A customer service company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage front desk operations. Candidates should have a Diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and ensuring the front desk is tidy. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
5/6 days work 12-hour shift (able to work weekend & Public Holidays)
To be deployed as Floater (Islandwide Location based on daily deployment)
