E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing specialist to handle accurate order entry and timely processing of orders received via hotline and email. You will coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery and communicate urgent timing requests for speedy follow-up.

The role may require handling orders with pricing approvals and sales restrictions, while ensuring strict adherence to ISO procedures.

Formación

• N level with 1-2 year of experience.
• ITE/ Diploma with NO Experience is welcome to apply. Training provided.
• Call centre experience preferred
• Experience in customer service/customer support role advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes.
• Coordinate information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team regarding order/status and delivery arrangements.
• Verify and analyze information provided; resolve issues on the spot or route to relevant departments for resolution.
• Train new customer service agents and provide support to new employees; provide admin support as needed; ensure ISO procedures are followed.

• Perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes.
• Ensure that critical information with regards to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and followed up with the delivery section till completion of delivery.
• Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, sales order.
• Ensure procedures for processing of item with sales restrictions, orders that require price approval and other principal specified requirements are strictly adhered to.
• Manage and co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements and wrong orders.
• Verify and analyze information provided. Resolve issues on the spot whenever possible, otherwise assign task to relevant departments for resolution or rectification of feedback.
• Ensure timely feedback of all problems and issues from customers and principals.
• Train new customer service agents and provide support / buddy system to new employees.
• Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, etc or any other duties assigned.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance to ISO procedures.
