KIM ANN ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a customer service admin to handle phone inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries from its Joo Koon location in Singapore. Applicants should have 2+ years in a similar role; candidates with Engineering/Technical background are preferred. 5 working days per week, based at Joo Koon.

Qualifications

• N level / O level / Nitec or higher with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiry.
• Assist in preparing quotations and order processing.
• Monitor delivery and liaise with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and on time payment by customers.
• Maintain good rapport and improve good customer relations.
• Ensure all enquiries and orders are processed, checked, documented and filed.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
