Job summary

BOONG POULTRY PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Customer Service/Telemarketing professional to handle inbound calls, provide product information, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or telemarketing experience, strong communication and telephone etiquette, and is willing to work weekends on rotating shifts. Retail or F&B exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCE O‑Level/ITE certificate with at least 1 year in customer service or telemarketing.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts.
• Experience in Retail or F&B preferred.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Tech savvy with computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls and provide customer service to the public.
• Respond to inquiries on product specifications, selling price, and other sales matters.
• Receive and process order requests.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure delivery completion.
• Make outbound calls to solicit sales orders.
• Assist customers requesting documentation.
• Receive and process order requests for new and inactive customers.
• Conduct data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to inbound calls and provides customer service to the public:

• Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and/or other Sales matters.

• Receives and processes order requests.

• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion

• Making outbound calls to solicit Sales orders.

• Assists customers requesting documentations.

• Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.

• Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.

• Miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level/ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service/Telemarketing experience;

• Proven customer support experience;

• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts;

• Preferably with experience in Retails or F&B industries;

• Team player with positive work attitude;

• Highly independent and organized;

• Team player with positive work attitude;

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;

• Takes pride in providing excellent customer service;

• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
