Job summary

BOONG POULTRY PTE LTD is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound calls, respond to product inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery. This role also involves outbound sales calls, handling documentation, and performing routine clerical tasks.

A team player with a positive attitude is essential, along with reliable multitasking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or ITE certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year in customer service/telemarketing.
• Prior customer support experience is required.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts.
• Experience in Retail or F&B is preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and be highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide customer service to the public.
• Respond to inquiries about product specifications, selling price, and sales matters.
• Receive and process order requests and coordinate with departments to ensure delivery.
• Make outbound calls to solicit sales orders.
• Assist customers with documentation needs.
• Data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Attend to inbound calls and provides customer service to the public:
• Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and/or other Sales matters.
• Receives and processes order requests.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
• Making outbound calls to solicit Sales orders.
• Assists customers requesting documentations.
• Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.
• Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.
• Miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level/ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service/Telemarketing experience;
• Proven customer support experience;
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts;
• Preferably with experience in Retails or F&B industries;
• Team player with positive work attitude;
• Highly independent and organized;
• Team player with positive work attitude;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
• Takes pride in providing excellent customer service;
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
