Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is hiring for a Logistics Administrator to handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery coordination. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and finance to ensure accurate records and timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or equivalent and have experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or administrative support. This role is based at Yio Chu Kang, Singapore, with standard Monday to Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in customer service, logistics coordination, order fulfilment or admin support is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and invoicing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and generate Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Prepare and issue invoices with complete and accurate billing records.
• Liaise with suppliers to facilitate timely orders, deliveries, and fulfillment.
