The HR Ecology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer service-focused professional to support regional client orders and ensure on-time deliveries. You will handle day-to-day inquiries via telephone and email, coordinate with departments and vendors, and manage import/export documentation.

This role requires accuracy in billing and invoicing as shipments close, and you will track localized KPIs for freight handling. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm, located in Jurong East.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day customer service and issue resolution via telephone and email.
• Collaborate across departments and vendors to fulfill regional client orders and secure on-time deliveries.
• Generate critical shipping files and manage standard import/export documentation
• Process system billing and financial invoicing as soon as specific cargo shipments are closed.
• Track and hit localized target KPIs for freight handling.
