Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate inbound and outbound freight at our Changi South location in Singapore. This on-site role requires timely delivery, accurate shipping documentation, and proactive communication with clients and carriers.

You will monitor shipments, manage cargo inspections, and support customs compliance while working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations.
• Familiar with inbound and outbound freight processes.
• Able to coordinate with carriers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics and shipping operations for inbound and outbound freight.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents including airway bills and bills of lading.
• Monitor shipments and update clients and stakeholders on status and delays.
• Inspect cargo in warehouse for proper storage and safety compliance.
• Perform data entry for shipment tracking and documentation.
• Support permit declarations and customs compliance.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Respond to queries from clients and colleagues regarding shipments and processes.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties to support the logistics department.
