You will handle client inquiries, transactions, and compliance documentation, leveraging experience in banking customer service on digital platforms to deliver efficient service.

Ideal candidates have a relevant finance or banking degree and strong communication skills to navigate regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Banking.
• Experience with banking or financial digital platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with application submissions through DIY platforms or branch desktop.
• Collect KYC information and supporting documentation from clients.
• Collect and collate Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation.
• Handle all documents and verification calls.
• Submit applications for approval as Maker in a Maker-Checker control framework.
• Access new screening systems training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging and assisting clients with application submission through FCO DIY or branch desktop channel
• Collecting KYC information and supporting documentation from clients
• Collecting and collating Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation
• Handling all documents and Verification Calls
• Submitting applications for approval (acting as Maker in a Maker-Checker control framework)
• Accessing new screening systems m- like Eclipse, Jabber, NESS ...(training provided)

Qualifications/Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Banking
• Experience with banking, or financial institution digital platforms and technology support is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills
