Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Banking required.
• Experience with banking, or financial institution digital platforms and technology support is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and assisting clients with application submission through FCO DIY or branch desktop channel.
• Collecting KYC information and supporting documentation from clients.
• Collecting and collating Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation.
• Handling all documents and Verification Calls.
• Submitting applications for approval (Maker in a Maker-Checker control framework).
• Accessing new screening systems such as Eclipse, Jabber, NESS (training provided).
