Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Customer Service assistant to join a well established company in the East. You will support bookings, documentation, and liaise with carriers and customers to ensure smooth air and sea shipments.

Training is provided for those with limited experience, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Basic salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,000 plus AWS and a variable bonus, with excellent welfare and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
• Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Customer Service department and report to team manager.
• Handle sea and air bookings and related documentation.
• Liaise with air and sea carriers and with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
• To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc (if required)
• To handle all bookings for both air and sea
• To liaise with air and sea carriers
• To liaise with customers
• Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
