Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Customer Service assistant at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will support the Customer Service team, handle sea and air documentation, bookings, and liaise with carriers and customers. Training is provided for those with less experience, and a basic salary of 2,600 to 3,200 SGD plus AWS and variable bonus.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, in Singapore. Excellent welfare and benefits and clear career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Possess minimum GCE 'O' level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
Training provided for those without/lesser experience

Responsibilities

To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Billof Lading etc
To handle all bookings for both air and sea
To liaise with air and sea carriers
To liaise with customers
Perform other assigned duties
