Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Customer Service Assistant to support the logistics team in East Singapore.

The role focuses on air and sea bookings, documentation, and carrier coordination, with a Monday to Friday 9am–6pm schedule. Training is provided for applicants with limited experience, and the position offers a basic salary with AWS and variable bonus, along with excellent welfare and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level with 1 year relevant experience.
• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is a plus.
• Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager.
• Handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc.
• Handle all bookings for both air and sea.
• Liaise with air and sea carriers.
• Liaise with customers.
• Perform other assigned duties.
