Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service assistant in Singapore. You will be responsible for handling logistics documentation and liaising with air and sea carriers, alongside regular customer communications.

The ideal candidate should possess a GCE ‘O’ level qualification and have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with knowledge in logistics being a plus. Training will be provided for candidates with lesser experience.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is advantageous.
Training provided for those without or lesser experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in the Customer Service department & report to team manager.
Handle all sea documentation work including bookings and Bill of Lading.
Liaise with air and sea carriers.
Communicate with customers and perform other assigned duties.

Job Responsibilities

To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc (if required)
To handle all bookings for both air and sea
To liaise with air and sea carriers
To liaise with customers
Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements
