Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service professional to support the team at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will handle sea documentation, air and sea bookings, and carrier communications, while liaising with customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role offers a basic salary of SGD 2,600–3,200 per month, AWS and variable bonus, with a clear path for career progression in a well-established logistics team.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager.
To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc.
To handle all bookings for both air and sea.
To liaise with air and sea carriers.
To liaise with customers.
Perform other assigned duties.
