Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated individual to join the Customer Service department in Singapore's East region. You will assist with daily customer inquiries and coordinate sea and air bookings, reporting to the team manager.

Training will be provided for those with less experience, and basic air/sea logistics knowledge is an advantage. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a basic salary between 2800 and 3200 SGD plus AWS and a variable bonus.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc (if required)
To handle all bookings for both air and sea
To liaise with air and sea carriers
To liaise with customers
Perform other assigned duties
