Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a freight bookings coordinator in Singapore to handle air and sea freight bookings, coordinate shipments with customers and carriers, and provide timely updates on status.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, with knowledge of air/sea logistics considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• GCE O Levels or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to new processes; knowledge of air and sea logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle air and sea freight bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements with customers and carriers.
• Liaise with air and sea freight carriers to arrange bookings and follow up on shipment matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on booking and shipment status.
• Prepare and manage sea freight documentation, including booking records and Bills of Lading.
• Support the Customer Service team in daily operations and other duties as assigned.
