Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics clerk to handle local and overseas customer orders, coordinate handoffs to the operations team, and keep customers updated on shipment status.

You will liaise with overseas agents and internal teams, address inquiries and complaints, and ensure smooth import/export and cross‑trades. Proficiency in English and Chinese plus at least one year of experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least N/ O Level or equivalent in logistics/transport.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience.

Responsibilities

• Take in all orders from local and overseas customers and process them before handing over to operations team.
• Keep customers updated on shipment status or requests.
• Ensure smooth operation of airfreight, sea freight, import/export and cross‑trade.
• Maintain good relationships with overseas agents and customers to promote sales.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure all issues are addressed.
• Attend to and resolve customers' inquiries.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as operations and sales for smooth operations.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Takes in all order from customers locally and overseas and process them before handling over the operations team

• Ensure customer are constantly updated on their shipment status or request

• Ensure smooth operation of airfreight and sea freight shipment. Import and export and crosstrade

• Maintaining a good relationship with overseas agent and new/existing customers to promote more sales for the company

• Handle customers complain and ensure that all issues are addressed

• Attend and resolve customers' enquiries

• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as operations, sales team etc. for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a N/ "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent

• Require in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients

• Minimum one year of working experience required
