Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, sales support requests, and quotation preparation for air freight shipments
• Manage import, export, cross-trade, oversized cargo, and cross-border trucking enquiries and arrangements
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, overseas agents, operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Liaise with carriers, airlines, agents for booking and shipment updates
• Prepare competitive pricing, RFQs, and freight solutions based on customer and project requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of shipping documents, reports, and customer records
• Support key accounts by responding to service requests and resolving shipment-related issues promptly
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction by following standard procedures and preventing recurring issues
