5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the IFF department, delivering seamless, customer-focused support to help achieve business objectives.

You will process orders, provide pricing and delivery information, liaise with overseas agents for freight handling, and manage cargo documentation such as LCL & FCL, contributing to efficient operations and excellent service. You will collaborate with teammates, maintain accurate records and communicate proactively with customers

Qualifikationen

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sea freight / Airfreight and familiar with import and export process.
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent.
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
