Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support the sales team and manage daily logistics operations. You will act as the central liaison between customers, transporters, warehouses, and other parties to ensure smooth shipment handling and delivery order releases.

The role involves preparing import/export documentation, verifying costs for accuracy, and promptly addressing inquiries on rates and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales department with daily operations and customer interactions.
• Serve as the main point of coordination between customers, transporters, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Prepare and manage all documentation related to imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order (D/O) releases.
• Verify shipment costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address customer inquiries regarding rates, shipment tracking, and other logistics-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and resolve any issues.
