Job summary

Kanry Search Singapore Pte Ltd invites applicants for an Air Export Customer Service Officer at Changi South. You will handle air export bookings, coordinate shipments, and prepare export documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

Work with customers, airlines, truckers and warehouses, ensure compliance with SOPs, IATA regulations and customs, monitor schedules, provide updates, resolve issues, and support invoicing and cost control.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in air export operations or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage air export bookings, shipment coordination, and export documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, truckers, and warehouses to ensure timely shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, IATA regulations, and customs requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules, provide customer updates, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support invoicing and cost control.

Hiring: Air Export Customer Service Officer

Location: Changi South (nearest MRT - Simei)
Salary: SGD 2,900 – SGD 3,200 per month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:
