Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring an Air Export Executive - Operations to coordinate daily air freight activities with customers, airlines, agents and internal teams.

You will assist with bookings, prepare export documents like HAWB/MAWB, and handle shipment records, billing and inquiries. Training will be provided. Location: Changi, 5 days a week, basic salary $2,800–$3,200.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in logistics or shipping, with exposure to air export operations.
• Good knowledge of air export operations and documentation processes.
• Willing to learn, with training provided.

• Monitor shipment orders and prepare the required export documents.
• Prepare HAWB, MAWB, manifests and pre-alerts for destination offices or agents.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with quotations and shipment-related requests.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and internal teams to follow up on shipment matters.
• Assist with job costing, vendor invoice checking and customer billing.
• Maintain accurate shipment records by scanning and filing documents in the system.
