RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Air Export Operations Executive to manage shipment documentation, cargo processing and flight execution at Changi Airfreight Centre with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 2 years in air export operations and strong CW1 experience. You will coordinate with airlines, agents and internal teams, handle DG declarations per IATA, and contribute to cost optimisation.

• 2 years' experience in Air Export Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with CargoWise One (CW1) is essential.
• Familiar with air export documentation and freight forwarding processes.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods / IATA requirements is an advantage.
• Comfortable working 2:00PM–11:00PM and rotating weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day air export operations from shipment instruction to flight execution.
• Review job sheets and verify shipment documentation.
• Perform data entry and shipment processing using CargoWise One (CW1) / CIMS.
• Prepare House, Master and Direct Air Waybills.
• Conduct physical cargo checks and verify weight, dimensions and documentation.
• Prepare and verify Dangerous Goods declarations in accordance with IATA requirements.
• Ensure cargo is correctly labelled and complies with airline requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, DG issues and potential shipment delays and follow up promptly.
• Prepare shipment documents, cargo labels and pre-alerts for overseas agents.
• Submit FWB/FHL and update cargo lodgement details.
• Coordinate with airlines, SATS/DNATA, vendors, overseas agents and internal teams.
• Support shipment cost optimisation and other operational requirements.

Air Export Operations Executive

A Singapore-based integrated logistics provider specialising in international freight forwarding, air and ocean freight, warehousing and specialised cargo handling. The company supports a wide range of industries and has strong expertise in handling time-sensitive, hazardous, oversized and specialised cargo.

We are looking for an experienced Air Export Operations Executive to manage shipment documentation, cargo processing and flight execution while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,200 + S$20 Daily Allowance + Performance Bonus
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Working Hours: 5-day week | 2:00PM – 11:00PM
Weekend: Rotating Saturday/Sunday duty

Key Responsibilities
