Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a logistics/air export support specialist in Singapore. You will prepare export bookings, coordinate cargo pickups, and provide customers with confirmations and flight details.

You will also manage expectations, handle inquiries, and liaise with overseas offices to track shipments and resolve issues. Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome; strong English communication and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.
• Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in this industry is not required, but advantageous.
