A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced administrative professional to manage daily office operations in an MOE Secondary School. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of receptionist experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication skills in English and another language. This full-time role offers a one-year contract with defined working hours.
1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
Mon-Thurs: 7am-4pm, Fri: 7am-3.30pm
Inclusive of 30 mins lunch break.
Service not required on Sat, Sun and gazette public holiday.
