Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and patients, handling enquiries through phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is a plus. This position involves a 5.25-day work week, including alternate half-day Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call centre experience is a plus.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is an advantage.

As Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the friendly and reassuring first point of contact for residents and patients. You will:

  • Handle enquiries and appointment requests viaphone, email, and live chat
  • Provide timely, accurate and warm service that makes residents and patients feel heard
  • Deepen your sense of empathy as every interaction you make helps someone access the healthcare they need
  • Be a problem solver by working across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution
  • Be a strong team player and able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
  • Play a key role in enhancing our overall patient experience
What You Bring
  • Clear and confident communication with excellent phone etiquette
  • Service-oriented mindset and a desire to help others
  • Proficient typing speed, and active listening skills
  • Willingness to work a 5.25 day week (alternate half-day Saturdays)
