Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a logistics professional in Singapore to support operations and customer service tasks. The role involves handling order processing, documentation, WMS transactions, cargo scheduling, and billing activities, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates are PC literate with warehousing/logistics exposure and ready to start immediately. On-site work in Singapore is expected in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Perform order processing in compliance with rating principles and operator variations.
• Operations: Perform documentation for order processing activities.
• Operations: Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS.
• Operations: Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are met.
• Operations: Perform system receipt of cargoes.
• Operations: Validate documentations and escalate non-conformities.
• Operations: Identify operational shortfalls and escape.
• Customer Service: Manage mitigating actions/plans to address lapses in delivery of logistics services.
• Customer Service: Prepare reports for customers and operation.
• Customer Service: Perform billing process.

Working hrs: Mon to Thur – 8.30am to 6pm; Fri – 8.30am to5.30pm; Alt Sat – 8.30am to 12.30pm

OPERATIONS

• Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations
• Perform documentation for order processing activities
• Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
• Perform system receipt of cargoes
• Validate documentations and escalates non-conformities
• Identify operational shortfall and escape

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services
• Prepare reports for customers and operation
• Perform billing process
