Responsibilities

Process orders in compliance with rating principles and operator variations.
Document order processing activities.
Perform stock transfers and system transactions in WMS.
Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are met.
Process system receipts of cargoes.
Validate documentation and address non-conformities.
Identify operational shortfalls and mitigations.

Identify operational shortfall and escape

CUSTOMERSERVICE

Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services
Prepare reports for customers and operation
Perform billing process
