Responsibilities

• Perform order processing operations per rating principles and operator variations.
• Document order processing activities.

• Process system receipts of cargoes and validate documentation.
• Elevate non-conformities and identify operational shortfalls.
• Prepare reports for customers and operations; perform billing processes.

Job Duties

OPERATIONS

• Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations
• Perform documentation for order processing activities
• Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
• Perform system receipt of cargoes
• Validate documentations and elevate non-conformities
• Identify operational shortfall and elevate

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services
• Prepare reports for customers and operation
• Perform billing process
