Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (3 months) in Singapore. The role involves handling order processing, documentation, and coordination of warehousing and logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries.

You will monitor schedules, perform system transactions in WMS, and manage customer communications, billing tasks, and reporting. The position requires immediate availability and basic PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations.
• Perform documentation for order processing activities.
• Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS.
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with.
• Perform system receipt of cargoes.
• Validate documentations and escape non-conformities.
• Identify operational shortfall and escalate.
• Manage mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services.
• Prepare reports for customers and operation.
• Perform billing process.
