Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage product quality from the customer’s perspective and serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.

The role focuses on customer quality requirements, complaints, audits, and continuous improvement. The CQE will translate customer expectations into actionable internal quality and engineering activities and work with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent.
• 2 years experience above in a QA role, Data Analyst or similar function is preferred.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality issues.
• Communicate investigation status, root cause, and corrective actions clearly to customers.
• Support customer meetings, reviews, and audits related to quality topics.
• Lead customer complaints, RTV, and quality claims; drive structured problem-solving activities.
• Ensure timely containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Perform and coordinate root cause analysis across manufacturing, process, and engineering teams; validate effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Prepare regular quality reports and dashboards for customers and management.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, QA/IPQA, and Supply Chain to align customer expectations with internal execution.
• Follow up on audit findings and closure actions.
